CUET PG is an entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to postgraduate programs in participating universities. The Central University Entrance Test (Postgraduate) or NTA CUET PG, is an all-India level entrance exam that is being introduced for admission into PG programmes in Central and participating Universities. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) will provide a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from North East and from rural and other remote areas and help to establish better connect with the Universities. A single Examination will enable the Candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities.
The exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode for 105 minutes or 1 hour 45 minutes. Earlier, the exam was known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET). Prior to 2021, UGC used to conduct the test in a paper-pencil-based mode.
Offering reservation relaxation to specific groups of CUET PG 2024 applicants allows them to benefit from lower application fees, cutoff marks, and course/admission fees. According to government rules, people from specific categories are admitted to reserved seats in India.
Candidates must know they’ll get the reservation benefit only after checking their documents. If, at any point, it’s found that a candidate used a false, fake, or wrong document or gave false, incorrect, or incomplete information to get reservation benefits, that candidate won’t be considered for any admission. If the candidate has already been admitted, their admission will be canceled.

NTA CUET PG 2025 Application Form: Interested applicants can visit the CUET PG 2024 application form by visiting the official website. The first process will be registering themselves on the official web portal of CUET PG 2024. Through that registered account further process of filling out the application form will be done. Filling the basic required details, uploading the documents and paying the application fee online will be done by the candidates within the time provided by the exam authority.
Download Admit Card: To appear in the CUET PG exam, candidates will be required to bring their CUET PG admit cards along with them in the examination hall. CUET PG admit card is a document which will contain the important details of the candidates like- name, roll no, subjects in which they are appearing.
NTA CUET PG Exam: Here are some important aspects of the examination
CUET PG Results: CUET PG results will be announced online on the NTA website a few weeks after the exam. Scorecard will be accessible to download.
CUET PG Counselling: Conducted by the participating universities based on CUET PG scores. Merit lists prepared for each program based on scores and preferences. Seat allocation through multiple rounds.
The exam will be a Computer Based Test and will be held online. The duration for CBT will be of 2 Hours and will be conducted in 3 shifts. The paper of CUET PG 2024 will have 100 multiple choice questions to be solved in 2 hours. For every correct answer candidate will receive 4 marks.

National Testing Agency is conducted CUET-PG-2023. Merit list of the applicants who have applied for M.Tech Program on the basis of CUET-PG-2023 qualified Rank / Marks shall be prepared and admission offer in order of merit will be given to the candidates who have confirmed their seat to the programme by paying application Tuition Fee. At Jaypee University of Information Technology, GATE qualified candidates are exempted from PGET Entrance Test. Admission is purely on the basis of merit of the PGET Entrance Test Result.
