What is CUET PG?
The Central University Entrance Test (Postgraduate) or NTA CUET PG, is an all-India level entrance exam that is being introduced for admission into PG programmes in Central and participating Universities. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) will provide a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from North East and from rural and other remote areas and help to establish better connect with the Universities. A single Examination will enable the Candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities.
The exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode for 105 minutes or 1 hour 45 minutes. Earlier, the exam was known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET). Prior to 2021, UGC used to conduct the test in a paper-pencil-based mode.

How cuet pg exam is conducted?
The exam will be a Computer Based Test and will be held online. The duration for CBT will be of 2 Hours and will be conducted in 3 shifts. The paper of CUET PG 2024 will have 100 multiple choice questions to be solved in 2 hours. For every correct answer candidate will receive 4 marks.
What is cuet pg exam?
The CUET PG is a common entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to various PG programmes in about 40 central and other participating universities.
When cuet pg exam held in 2025?
The National Testing Agency is expected to release the CUET PG 2025 notification online in November 2024. The CUET PG 2025 examination, a national-level entrance test for postgraduate programs, will be held tentatively in online mode in the second week of March 2025.

Can I get M.Tech admission at JUIT through CUET PG score?
National Testing Agency is conducted CUET-PG-2023. Merit list of the applicants who have applied for M.Tech Program on the basis of CUET-PG-2023 qualified Rank / Marks shall be prepared and admission offer in order of merit will be given to the candidates who have confirmed their seat to the programme by paying application Tuition Fee. At Jaypee University of Information Technology, GATE qualified candidates are exempted from PGET Entrance Test. Admission is purely on the basis of merit of the PGET Entrance Test Result.
